 Singer Avril Lavigne has officially separated from her husband Sum 41 lead vocalist Deryck Whibley. The couple, who wed in 2006, finalised their divorce in L.A. County Superior Court Nov 16. According to the reports, neither Avril nor Deryck got spousal support and there was a pre-nup. The former couple has divided their assets with Avril getting her guitar and drum collection, other musical instruments, her lyrics, songs, her Volvo, Beverly Hills house, clothing, awards, plaques, certificates, artwork, mementos and jewelry.
