'Sarvaangbadhasan' controls trembling


The weak immunity and feebleness often causes trembling of arms and legs. Yoga way of life suggests 'Sarraangbadhasan' to overcome trembling.
How to perfom the 'asana':
-Lie supine on a mat.
-Bend both the knees and bring them up to chest.
-Now grasp the thighs by respective palm and try to lift the upper part of body up to waist.
-Balance the body weight on buttocks.
-Try to touch the face by the knees.
-The soles will be lifted from the floor when full posture is achieved.
-Retain the pose for 5 to 10 seconds and repeat it 5 times.
Benefits of the 'asana':
-The posture brings complete healthfulness and controls trembling.
-The abdominal fats are reduced.
-The posture is also beneficial for women.
