5:01 PM A mirror to deflect flaws in the kitchen |
Minor defects of Vastu can be mended with mild make over and their bad effects can be nullified. Given below are some suggestions through which Vastu-defects can be corrected: - The back of the house wife should not be in the direction of kitchen door. If it is so, then hang a mirror on the wall facing the housewife. - If kitchen sink is installed in the north or in the north east corner then hang a wooden wind chime having five rods just above the sink. - Gas stove should not face the main-entrance door. Drape the area with a curtain to block the view. - Plant a basil plant if you want that your family should enjoy good health. - If the ceiling of the south-west quarter is shorter than the north-west quarter, then fix an antenna in the south-west quarter. - If gas stove is juxtaposed to water containers, then put a small potted plant in between. - If a staircase is constructed either in the north or the east direction then construct one more room in the south or the west of the stair case. - If you are fed-up with overstay of your guest, then either change his room or change the direction of his bed. He would definitely bid adieu. - According to Vaastu Shastra, construct guest-room in the north-west quarter to avoid the prolonged stay of guests. |
