Every one has a hidden desire to look charming and attractive. The beauty and behaviour however plays a vital role to make any one enticing. The skin and face can be made more glaring by practicing ‘Hansasana’. Sequence: - Kneel down and put your hands flat on the ground, keeping some distance between the hands. - Lift your feet and keep the balance of body on your hands. - Bend your neck downward, and try to make the posture like a bird. - Retain the pose for a while with normal breathing. - Repeat the pose 2-3 times. - This is a difficult posture hence it should be practiced with patience. Benefits: - This posture helps to strengthen arm and hand muscles. - It widens the chest and makes it strong. - It reduces abdominal fat. - It activates the facial muscles, thus making the facial features glowing. - Reduces stomach-ache, backache, and corrects the postural disorders. |
