Today’s computer-savvy generation finds itself staring at the computer screen for the better part of their day. This causes not only mental stress but also problems such as pain in fingers. Try yoga and other relaxation techniques to bust mental stress. And here’s how to stay away from pain in fingers.

Method :

1. Stretch both the hands in front of your face and keep your palms facing the floor.

2. Now fold your palms making a fist, and rotate the palms right and left several times, in one go.

3. This exercise can be repeated a number of times during office hours.

This small exercise can give you relief from stiffness and pain in hands and fingers.
