But do not take massage as some therapeutic method which can cure or treat any physical/mental disorder. It is simply a method which can decrease stress, rebuild and rejuvenates energy, repair wasted tissues and enhances mobility of body organs. Besides this, massage helps you to remain beautiful and youthful by slowing down your ageing process. Damaged skin is taken good care by massage as it rejuvenates the skin to look better. With age blood circulation becomes bad to worse but when blood circulation is improved through massage, it brings healthy glow back by boosting blood circulation. Our body consists of number of tiny pores which play a vital role in gaseous exchange. If daily cleanliness through bathing and massaging is not maintained, these poses get clogged and the skin as well the whole body becomes susceptible to various diseases.
