We often don’t spare time for Yoga and exercise but one should be aware that exercise and yogasna is very helpful in avoiding number of diseases.
Exercises however improve musle power which makes the body charming, but the strengthening of the internal systems can only be gained by practicing yogasanas. 'Paryankasana' is one asana which revitalises the genitals and entire urogenital system. Method: 1. Assume the ordinary kneeling pose 2. Sit on the calves by folding the knees, under thighs and place the feet under the buttocks. 3. Slowly lean backward with the help of elbows and lie supine, while inhaling 4. Try to keep the knees together. 5. Hold the hands over the chest and make salutation pose 6. Observe deep abdominal breathing during the posture. 7. Maintain the pose initially for only a few seconds and gradually increase the period to 2 minutes 8. To return, wider the knees and hold the ankles firmly with your hands and return to Vajrasana position while exhaling. Benefits: Full stretching of the abdominal and pelvic muscles and muscles on the inner side of the thigh; deep pressure on urugenital organs makes the area stronger. Paryankasana reactivates the neuromuscular system of abdomen and pelvic. Warning : Avoid practicing the asana after 4the month of pregnancy and during menstruation |
