![]() The clear practices of yoga ensures a beautiful and healthy way of life. Therefore it is not advisable to practice them in disorganised and unsystematic form. Let us know what is the right and most appropriate time to practice asanas. Before starting the exercise, make sure that your bladder and bowels are completely evacuated. Also clean your nose and throat before practicing asanas. Always drink a glass of lukewarm water, 15 minutes before the practice session. During morning hours, the life force is at its peak and the movements can be done with some freshness that too with a cool and calm state of mind. Like other calls, try to practice asanas as daily hygienic duty. If due to inevitable obligations, you are unable to spend time in the morning time then the best time to do those asanas is in the evening before dinner, provided you are not tired. The most important thing that one needs to keep in mind is that regularity and relaxation plays an important role and should be given top priority. |
