Winters are knocking the doors and you are already feeling lazy, but don't be a couch-potato this winter. Get out of your cosy blankets and induldge in some easy yogasan to get rid of fat. Practicing 'Hast-Katipadasan' can be very useful. Here is how to perfoirm this 'asana'. Method of performing the 'asana': Stand erect on a mat, keep distance between legs. Stretch-out the arms to the sides with the palms up. Turn the upper part of the body above the waist to the right side, return to the starting position and exhale. Repeat it by turning to the left side. Rotate the upper part of the body both sides, 5 to 10 times. Benefits of the 'asana': A regular practice of ‘Hast-Padasan’ makes the arms and shoulders strong and flexible. The fat deposition around the waist, after 3-4 months practice, starts melting, and waist becomes proportionate to the body. |
