9:55 AM ‘Swastika’ of Mango wood brings benediction |
In Hindu religion, every task begins with adoration of Lord Ganesha and Swastik is the representative symbol of Shri Ganesha. Therefore, it is the tradition to draw a Swastik on all auspicious occasions. Swastik is the symbol of positive energy. Its presence prohibits evil forces from overpowering the positivity in the house. It is believed that if Swastik is drawn at the beginning of any task then it is completed without any obstacle. Besides auspicious ceremonies, Swastika is also drawn at the main gate of the house as it prevents negative and evil energy from entering the house and neutralises the wicked powers. Swastik helps in maintaining the sanctity of the home. It is suggested to hang the symbol of Swastika made out of mango wood at the entrance of the house. The mango wood Swastik not only pleases Lord Ganesh but also Goddess Lakshmi. Goddess Lakshmi brings wealth in the house. Mango wood is assumed quite sanctified. Without the mango wood, any ritual or worship is considered incomplete. In Hindu religious ceremonies, mango leaves are threaded, and hanged on main gate of the house. Besides religious relevance, it has medicinal value too. It’s smell destroys the germs present in the atmosphere. With all these merits, the Swastika carved out of mango wood is advantageous and beneficial as well. It pleases all Gods and Goddesses and they shower their blessings on us. |
