 According to holy scriptures, our mind is clam and peaceful in the morning. As the day progresses we get busier and build up stress. In such a state of mind it is difficult for us to connect with God. However, if we pray to Him when we are calm, the effect those prayers creates is beyond one’s imagination. Early morning prayers strengthen our mind and keep us vitalised throughout the day, reducing our stress. Prayers can be said at anytime but if said in the early hours of the day they help us remain calm, enabling us to give our best at whatever we do. |
