Yoga can help you grow taller


If you are not satisfied with your height, then Tadasana or Mountain pose is the best asana to improve your height. Yoga practitioners consider it as a pose that promotes internal organs to work more efficiently and helps a lot in increasing height.
Procedure :
First stand erect; bring legs together, hands by the side of the thighs, look straight in the front. Then bring your body weight evenly on to all four corners of the feet. Later interlace fingers of both the hands and lift your hands slowly upwards, with the palms facing up. Also keep your head and chest firm and straight.
Now slowly raise your heels up and stand on toes while inhaling. Stay for a few seconds and then exhale slowly by bringing down the heels and hands to the normal position.
Benefits:
Tadasana is used to improve the posture of the body. It is good for those who want to increase their height, strengthens their thighs, knees, ankles, chest, abdomen and buttocks. The exercise also helps in making the spine become flexible. It also removes pain in the back bone.
Caution:
Tadasana should not be performed by those who have complaints of reeling sensation and those who are suffering from low blood pressure.
