Human brain never takes rest, it keeps on working all the time even when the body is put to rest. The work load creates pressure on our mind which finally results in agitation, aggressiveness and restlessness. Yoga is a solution to a restless mind. Follow the procedure mentioned here, beneficial in maintaining the calm: -Spread a mat on a clean, calm and airy place and sit in Padmasana. -Now set your fingers in Gyan Mudra. -Keep your back-bone erect. -Now loose your neck and move it up, down, right and left. -Repeat the movement at-least five times and then gradually extend its duration. Its regular practice removes mental stress and strain and the practitioner enjoys a cool, calm and serene state of mind. |
